01- CANCELLATION<\/strong> <\/span>– All services have conditions tailored to your needs and cancellations may vary. Please check the conditions at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

01.7<\/strong><\/span> – <\/span>Strict flight<\/strong>: <\/span>(1)<\/strong> Up to 91 days in advance \u2013 60% refundable; <\/span>(2)<\/strong> 90 \u2013 61 days before \u2013 40% refundable; <\/span>(3)<\/strong> 60 \u2013 31 days before \u2013 20% refundable; <\/span>(4)<\/strong> 30 days or less in advance \u2013 no refund<\/span><\/p>\n

01.8<\/strong><\/span> – VERY <\/strong>Strict flight<\/strong>: (1)<\/strong> Up to 121 days in advance \u2013 60% refundable; (2)<\/strong> 120 \u2013 91 days before \u2013 40% refundable; (3)<\/strong> 90 \u2013 61 days before \u2013 20% refundable; (4)<\/strong> 60 days or less in advance \u2013 no refund\u00a0<\/p>\n

01.9<\/strong><\/span> – Tailor-made:<\/strong>\u00a0(1)<\/strong> Sent at the time of the proposal, based on the services requested. (2)<\/strong> Non-refundable deposit amount. (3) <\/strong>Deposit amount including VAT.<\/p>\n

02- REFUND<\/strong><\/span> – As soon as the order has been received and the cancellation terms of the product in question have been checked, we will send you an email notifying you of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed by bank transfer within a few days.<\/p>\n

Late or missing refunds:<\/p>\n

02.1<\/strong> <\/span>– If you have not yet received our refund, first check your bank account again. Please note that after you receive our email confirmation, the transfer takes up to 3 working days to reach your bank account (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days!).<\/p>\n

02.2<\/strong><\/span> – Then contact us at info@tourmaniak.com<\/p>\n

03- EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/span> – You can change your place, knowing the following conditions:<\/p>\n

03.1<\/strong><\/span> – Giving up your reservation – You can give up your reservation and be replaced by another traveler of the same sex as long as you inform TourManiaK 45 days before the start of the product at no additional cost (less than 45 days, with a cost of 25\u20ac), except if one of the collaborating entities considers it a withdrawal, you will have additional costs previously communicated. If the new traveler is of the opposite sex and it is not possible for TourManiaK to group him\/her with a traveler of the same sex, you will be subject to payment of the product’s individual accommodation supplement.<\/p>\n

03.2 <\/strong><\/span>– Price of the product – if you exchange it for another product on the platform and the price is different, you will have to pay the difference or a gift card will be issued with the extra value for you to use on a future booking, with no expiration date.<\/p>\n

03.3<\/strong> <\/span>– Expenses – there may be expenses associated with your booking to guarantee your place. Before any type of exchange takes place, we contact the different services present and check whether or not there are any associated costs (this will depend on the service, the employee and the date on which the product exchange is requested).<\/p>\n
